Why I Built a Subscription Tracker That Doesn't Talk to Your Bank.
The “subscription creep” is real.
It starts small — a $12 streaming service, a $9 news site, maybe a $5 “Pro” upgrade for something you barely use. Individually, they feel like nothing. Collectively? They quietly stack up into something much bigger.
When I finally sat down to look at my own spending, I realised I didn’t want another complex budgeting app. And I definitely didn’t want to hand over my bank login details just to track a few subscriptions.
That’s why I built Oh My Sub.
W.I.W.T 1.0.4 — Refining the Hybrid Work Log
Over the past few weeks we have received thoughtful feedback from users, both through App Store reviews and direct messages. To everyone who has downloaded the app, left a rating, or taken the time to reach out, thank you. Your input genuinely shapes the direction of the product.
Happy New year and cheers to 2025 our launch year.
As 2025 draws to a close, we’re reflecting on a pretty amazing month of December.
We launched our first app, Where I Worked Today, and capped off the year with a small but very welcome bonus: a brief #1 Paid Business App ranking on the Australian App Store.
Update 1.0.2 - Guided by user feedback
You can now tap an entry in the Recent Entries screen to edit it. This keeps everything in one place and avoids additional screens or confirmation pop-ups. The app simply switches into edit mode and lets you make the change.
Why I Built “Where I Worked Today” and What’s Next

Between work-from-home days, office days, and public holidays, even a simple attendance pattern could blur after a few weeks.
